PerFit spears represent series of spears that can be permanently fitted into the keg. Micro Matic introduce this product to support the brewing industry's need to optimize operational cost.
This new spear type lowers life time costs by both decreasing the time and number of components needed to service the spear and increasing the time between service periods. Further it reduces possibility of non-approved tampering with spears as very high torque levels are needed to remove the spear from the keg.
The new construction is hygienic, safe and with unstressed sealing between the keg and spear because of mechanical stop in the keg neck.

Should a removal or replacement of the spear be needed, i.e. change of spear system, then it is still possible.
CO2 valve can be exchanged from top without disassembling the spear from the keg simply by using special pneumatic tool - no more manual tools. Same technology can be introduced inline on the filling machine by which this process can be automated. Safety is increased and manual work power is reduced.
Safety body is tested up to 10 bar keg pressure.
As an option all spears are prepared for transponder (RFID) installation - can be provided at extra costs. Using RFID technology enables the option for customized preventive maintenance.
